The Proper Van Company is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for credit broking. Accordingly, we do not provide credit introductions or credit broking services to individuals, sole traders, or partnerships consisting of three (3) or fewer partners.
We act solely as an introducer for Non-Regulated Business Asset Finance and only in relation to Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies (PLCs), and partnerships consisting of four (4) or more partners.

Sole Traders & Individual Customers
Sole traders and individual customers are very welcome to purchase vehicles from The Proper Van Company. However, for regulatory purposes, we are unable to introduce or refer you to a finance provider or arrange finance on your behalf.
If you require finance, you are welcome to make your own independent arrangements with a finance provider, bank or other suitable lender. You can then use those funds for the purchase of your vehicle from us.
